 Return/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom orders are exempt from being returned. Items with initials, brands, or any other highly personal customization are not pieces that can be returned OR exchanged. If the customer is unhappy with the item, it will be exchanged only if circumstances allow and at the discretion of Double M Beadwork. Original item must be returned before consideration of exchange.

If you are returning or exchanging, please be sure to include any paperwork that was sent in the original packaging.

We will not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or
any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. We are not liable for the amount of time that your bank may take to complete your refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at doublembeadwork@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our fault. We are not liable for any damage sustained during the shipping or delivery process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at doublembeadwork@gmail.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is lost by the post office when shipped back to us we will not guarantee a refund or exchange, the item MUST make it to us in the same condition that it left in.

Double M Beadwork is not responsible for anything that may happen to a package after leaving the workshop. We will work with you to help locate your package if lost, but do not expect us to replace any items lost or damaged by USPS, Fedex, or UPS. 

Each customer has the opportunity to select Route Package Protection for a cost of between 1.5% - 5% of their total order. If the customer does not select Route Protection we will view this as a waver of all liability.

In the case that one of the mail carriers loses or damages the item that you ordered, you must complete a claim with the appropriate carrier. We are not able to do any more to locate your package than you are.
